Balloon Festival Weekend June 7th-9th brings reasons to celebration in Cambridge NY.

Visit Black Dog during the weekend for an extra special series of treats. We will be featuring the Champagne and Sparkling Wines of Wilson Creek Winery paired with delicious hors d’oeuvres by Fresh Dish Catering.

Black Dog Wines & Spirits is proud to be the Balloon Festival Champagne Sponsor and will have samples of the “bubbly” that will be given to the pilots and lucky landowners where the balloons land available in the store for tasting and purchase of course!

Friday evening taste Wilson Creek Almond Champagne, which is sure to give you an “OMG”experience!  Naturally fermented with pure almond flavor.  
Served with appropriate treats from Fresh Dish Catering.

On Saturday sample Orange Mimosa Sparkling Wine infused with the flavors of citrus and almond.

Later on Saturday try the Wilson Creek Sparkling Sangria that features a taste medley right from the Mediterranean with a fresh nose of lemon, lime and orange zest and a smooth finish of ripe red berries, pomegranate and a hint of blood orange.

We finish off the tastings with Wilson Creek’s Peach Bellini sparkling wine.  A classic sparkling wine that has aromas of sweet peaches and a hint of vanilla, perfect for brunch on Sunday!
