South Dominion is a New York State Grown and Certified vineyard nestled in the rolling hills of Cambridge NY.  South Dominion tends, harvests, and ferments wine from six varietals of cold hardy grapes that were developed by crossing French and wild American grape varietals to withstand the extreme cold winters characteristic of upstate New York.

Post & Beam wines are produced with minimal intervention and present a simple and approachable way that puts emphasis on the grape and the unique terroir in which it grew.
