Thank you to all who made donations for our annual Black Dog Wines & Spirits Bone Tree. We brought in $400.00 from the purchase of decorative red, silver and gold dog bones for our Bone Tree. Black Dog Wines & Spirits will match these donations, making $400.00 donations to both the Quaintance House Animal Protective League and the Second Chance Animal Shelter. June and John Hommel, the new owners of Black Dog Wines & Spirits carried on the annual Bone Tree tradition started a few years ago by the previous owners. Thank you one and all for your generous donations, your support of a locally owned business and our local animal shelters.
Happy New Year!
Black Dog Wines & Spirits looks forward to serving you in the New Year. Cheers!
Black Dog Wines Will Be Closed December 25th, 2012
Wishing everyone a Happy Holiday Season!
November 30, Annual lighting of the Bone Tree
Black Dog Wines and Spirits likes to share the holiday generosity with our less fortunate four legged friends.
Every year they erect the “Bone Tree” which is decorated with dog bones of different colors, purchased by Black Dog patrons. Black Dog Wines and Spirits will match each bone purchase and donate all the collected funds to either Quaintence House or Second Chance Animal Shelters.
Bone prices are as follows: Red Bones $1, Silver Bones $5 and Gold Bones $10 each.
