What’s the difference between Bourbon & Whiskey? Bourbon is made from corn, which makes the taste sweeter & stronger. Almost 95% of Bourbon’s comes from Kentucky. While Bourdon is technically a Whiskey, not all Whiskey can be called Bourbon. We offer the following selections of Bourbon:

The Whiskey Sour Cocktail
Ingredients:
3 - parts Sour Mix
3 - parts of your favorite Whiskey (Jack Daniels recommended)
A full cup of Ice, shaken
And maraschino for garnish
The Old Fashion
1 1/4 - part of your favorite Bourbon Whiskey (Bulleit recommended)
2 - spoons simple syrup
3 - dashes of Angostura Bitters
A full cup of Ice, stirred
An orange peel for garnish
The Sazerac (The official drink of New Orleans)
1 1/3 - part of your favorite Rye Whiskey
1/4 - part Absinthe
1 - sugar cube
3 - dashes Peychaud's Bitters
A full cup of Ice, stirred
A burnt orange or lemon peel as garnish
The Mint Julep (Kentucky's Favorite)
3 - parts of your favorite Kentucky Whiskey
1 1/2 - teaspoon of sugar
1 - bunch of fresh mint (muddled in the bottom of the glass with the sugar)
A full cup of ice
Topped with soda/seltzer water
A dash of fresh lime (optional)
